Ellen H. Berger

Ellen is a consultant with the Employee Transformation practice at Capgemini Consulting.  Previously, she worked in the Global Business Services division at IBM as a Human Capital Management consultant.  Her professional background includes a breadth of experience in the nonprofit sector, events planning, Human Resources consulting and with the Global Executive and Organization Capability at IBM. She received her BA from the University of Arizona with a major in Cultural Anthropology and a minor in French. She completed her graduate degree at Columbia University with an MA in Organizational Psychology.

William F.K. Monks
Bill is an active member of his community in Western Massachusetts and serves on the boards of many arts and cultural organizations. Since 1978 he has made a public commitment, both professionally and voluntarily, to Public Television’s mission and to other not-for-profit Arts organizations in the greater Springfield, Massachusetts area. He worked for WGBY/TV in Springfield for 25 years as both a manager and currently as a member of the Board of Director and Assistant Treasurer on the Executive Committee. He received his Bachelors Degree in English from Boston University and pursued a teaching career before turning to Finance Administration.
